As part of our sustained growth, we are pleased to inform you of the implementation of a new operational organization, as well as the creation of an Executive Committee (COMEX), in charge of our governance.
Alpha Maintenance is reinventing itself by dividing its activities into 3 distinct departments:
- Maintenance (Maintenance engineering, major shutdowns and technical assistance)
- Inspection (Integrity management, inspection and non-destructive testing engineering)
- Specialties (Operating and export engineering activities & Defense)
The Executive Committee, established to enhance our governance structure, will be responsible for charting the company's strategic guidelines, ensuring the execution of major decisions and harmonizing our initiatives at all levels.
It will include :
- Heads of Maintenance, Inspection and Specialties departments
- Head of Administration & Finance
- The Head of HR & Communication
The extended COMEX will include :
- Innovation Department Manager
- Head of QSSE
